Progression Between Grades Or Between Steps Within The Same Grade

After having completed a certain time frame at a minimum in a satisfactory manner, permanent workers who are below the tenth step of their classification are typically eligible for increments of step. In the typical progression, the duration of 52 weeks (one year) pass between steps 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4, then up to 104 months (two years) occur between the steps of 5-6, 4-5 and 6-7.
