Progression Between Grades Or Between Steps Within The Same Grade

When they have completed a specified duration of service with at least a decent manner, permanent employees below the tenth stage of their grade are often eligible for increments in step. In the typical progression of the duration of 52 weeks (one year) elapse between steps 1-2, 2-3, and 3-4. Then, an additional 104 weeks (two years) are elapsed between the steps of 4-5, 5-6 and 6-7.
